This is the time of year for graduations, weddings and vacationing. Bring your out of town guests to the Historic San Elizario Art District. Both art and history in one place. We have art and souvenirs from modest to generous budgets.
This is the time of year to celebrate our Moms and graduates. We have an array of gifts to choose from for your special loved ones. We are open Wednesday through Sunday and will be open this Sunday on Mother's Day from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
Join us for our 6th Anniversary of our gallery in historic San Elizario April 16 and 17. Receive a 10% discount on all Escamilla artwork. Refreshments and appetizers and live music on Sunday, April 17 with Sharon Goodwin on piano.
Then during the weekend of April 30 and May 1st, join us for the east side annual artist tour where you will receive 10% off a selected Escamilla art item. Refreshments and appetizers on both days. Other events happening in the area during this weekend, i.e. First Thanksgiving 1598 reenactment, history booths in the plaza and a Zarzuela Arias fundraiser starting at 6 pm on Saturday. Tickets are $30 and are available in our gallery.
First solo exhibit since 2008, artist Alberto Escamilla's reception will include some of his paintings from his private collection and a few new ones that are available for sale. The new paintings will be on exhibit for this one night only but the ones on retrospect will be on display through the Month of March.
